Bird is proud to announce the certification of our Quality Management System to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, an internationally recognized standard that ensures we meet the expectations of our customers through an effective Quality Management System. Our scope includes the design, manufacture, and service of radio frequency equipment and electronic components.
Through our decision and dedication to acquire certification, we have demonstrated our strong focus on well-defined and documented processes the certification requires as well as providing our customers with the highest level of service possible. While we have always been committed to quality and innovation in our products and services, this achievement ensures continual improvement in our overall performance and a high level of quality in everything we do.
We partnered with Smithers Quality Assessments (www.smithersregistrar.com), an accredited quality and environmental management systems certification body, to achieve our certification.
