For Service Pricing:

To receive a price estimate for your calibration or repair service, please fill out the form below. A service price list will be generated on the form if pricing is available, or a factory quote may be required. If a factory quote is required, please submit the form and one of our service team members will email you with a quote.

For RMA Requests:

If you need to return a product, use the same form below to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Our service center rep will respond to your request via email within 24 to 48 hours, providing you with an RMA number and all the info you need to ship your item back to us.

Domestic Return Shipments

  • When sending by courier ship direct to:
    Bird Service Center, 30303 Aurora Road - Solon, Ohio 44139
  • For smaller shipments:
    Send returns through UPS — United Parcel Service directly to the Bird Service Center.

International Return Shipments [Customs Broker]

All invoices should state "US GOODS RETURNED" and include a Value for Customs.

If being returned for repair or calibration, please state: "US GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR AND/OR CALIBRATION".
